00:13We have to continue to support Ukraine, and we will continue to do so.
00:20We have to continue to support Ukraine, and we will continue to do so.
00:26It is very clear to us that we have to continue to support Ukraine,
00:30and it has to and can rely on us that this will be the case.
00:34We welcome that there are talks about peace development,
00:38but for us it has to and should be clear,
00:41that does not mean that there can be a dictatorship peace
00:45and that Ukraine must accept what is presented to her.
00:56Mr. Sánchez.
01:04Europe has to define, once and for all,
01:09security, its security and its defense as a public good.
01:13And if it is a European public good,
01:15as for example the Spanish government believes it is,
01:18then we need to articulate mechanisms
01:22of the European Union to be able to finance
01:25and increase our capacity for security and defense.
01:28That is the debate.
01:30Mr. Prime Minister.
01:37I am prepared to consider committing British forces on the ground,
01:41alongside others, if there is a lasting peace agreement.
01:47But there must be a US backstop,
01:51because a US security guarantee is the only way
01:56to effectively deter Russia from attacking Ukraine again.
02:02So I will go to Washington next week to meet President Trump
02:07and to discuss what we see as the key elements of a lasting peace.
02:17If we keep an eye on our fiscal financing,
02:20it will certainly...
