Putrajaya is optimistic about finalising the upgrade of the China-Asean Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), says Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday (Feb 17), Tengku Zafrul also highlighted that since the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) came into effect, trade between China and ASEAN has grown significantly.
