00:31According to the residents, they were complaining about the smell of mud in the river

00:36until they saw a suitcase that was wrapped in mud.

00:44When the police arrived, a woman in her mid-20s was seen carrying a suitcase.

00:49She was in a fetal position.

00:51Her clothes were intact, only that they were bloated due to the water.
