00:00Malacanang clarified that there is no reorganization in the cabinet of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

00:05This is in front of the inauguration of Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista

00:09where he has replaced the former Testing Czar Vince Dizon

00:14who has not changed in his service to the country.

00:16What Dizon did, let's go back to the center of the news of Kenneth Haciente.

00:22From February 21, a new leader will be appointed to the Department of Transportation.

00:30President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. has appointed the former Bases Conversion and Development Authority

00:36or BCDA chief, Vince Dizon, as the new Transportation Secretary.

00:46in 69 of the total 186 flagship infrastructure projects

00:51under the Build Better More Program of the Administration.

00:55Dizon served in the previous administration.

01:11Testing Czar and Chief Coordinator of the Test, Trace, Treat Program.

01:15But aside from serving in the Administration, Dizon also had a role in the private sector

01:21including being the Chief Regulatory Officer of Prime Infra

01:25owned by the business tycoon Enrique Razon.

01:28The Presidential Communications Office said that Dizon has extensive experience in government service

01:35reaching 26 years in both branches of the Legislature and the Executive of the Administration.

01:42Now that the secret of the DOTR is new, many are asking,

01:46is there any hope in the Cabinet of Presidents?

01:50That was the question asked by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin.
