00:28by the operatives of the Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation or SAIC.

01:05Most of the motorcycle riders who were caught by SAIC

01:10because they only partially entered the EDSA busway.

04:25but she refused to sell them.

04:28The other two were not arrested

04:30including a minor.
