00:00Caring Corner, that's half my really proud babies, you know, like, a lot of homeless people are our friends.
00:08You know, we have dinner, lunch together. I talked to a few of them last week.
00:14They're not from the Lodon area. They're just new and then came in and, you know, we just respect everyone.
00:23We don't ask stupid questions. We just, you know, just normalize things, everything.
00:28I asked two of them. He said, look, he said, this guy said, look, it's really good to have this
00:36because otherwise I'll be out of food for seven days.
00:40And I said, what would you do then for day two or day one?
00:44Still, which makes sense to me. I would too, you know.
00:49So having that there for food there, they're grateful to just come in quietly, eat quietly, and go and feel grateful.
01:00You know, I just think it's very important that if you could, Tim, you know, to let the community know how grateful,
01:07what they have done to make the changes to some slide.
01:11But my point of the camera is it's there from every day, seven days a week.
01:18And it works really well. It feeds a lot of people.
01:21And yeah, just I'm grateful for the trust of the community.
01:25We have a trust in me and my helpers, you know, and yeah, it works well for the camera.
01:32For our part, living, being an immigrant in a small town, we just like, besides the work for the community,
01:43I think we'd like to let people know that here we are part of this community.
01:47This is our home, you know. That's the main, that's one thing.
01:52And then we would like to have the connection with other.
01:55But then, but because we have the strength of building, or I have the strength of building the connection,
02:01it just, to me, I always say in my DNA, I don't have to do, it's not hard for me to do.
02:08And then from that, you know, seeing a lot of what people are saying,
02:14look, you know, if we didn't have this, if, say, for example, if I didn't have Karen Corner, I could have still done.
02:23It's just a little thing, you know. Then it makes you feel really good, you know.
02:27Like, not because, you know, Jan Dricken is good.
02:30It's because, hey, the little thing that I start, my little baby that I start, it actually means quite a lot to someone.
