00:00You're probably noticing that we look a little bit different today.
00:02We've got fancy new sports jackets on.
00:04That's a big thanks to Sahil and Anis for providing them.
00:12Hello and welcome to Golf News
00:14kicking back the chat show all about football.
00:17My name's Imran and I'm joined by Matt and Sahil.
00:20You're probably noticing that we look a little bit different today.
00:22We've got fancy new sports jackets on.
00:25That's a big thanks to Sahil and Anis for providing them.
00:28Right, I just want to read out a quick comment from one of our super fans.
00:33That's Elizabeth Tiggy wrote in to say that she missed the news updates
00:37and the Scotsman from yesterday's show.
00:40Well, Elizabeth, they're both back today.
00:42Matt, give her a little wave.
00:45I apologise.
00:46I broke my phone yesterday and I wasn't able to log in.
00:48That's why I wasn't able to join the meeting yesterday.
00:51But I'm back today.
00:52So I don't think that has completed your weekend for you.
00:55Here we go.
00:58Let's start with some news.
00:59Liverpool are interested in Lille and Portugal midfielder Renato Sanchez.
01:04But they could face competition from Arsenal and probably quite a few others.
01:07He's had a very good tournament.
01:09Juventus are considering re-signing Paul Pogba from Manchester United.
01:13That'll be an interesting move.
01:15And AC Milan won via Leverkusen and Czech Republic striker Patrick Szyk.
01:20And I think there'll be quite a few suitors for him.
01:24Staying with the Czech Republic,
01:25they played Denmark last night in the quarterfinals.
01:28Denmark won 2-1 and are now in the semifinals.
01:31And I think we're all really pleased for them because of the,
01:35well, just purely because of the emotional rollercoaster of a tournament that they've had.
01:39Yeah, they've been absolutely...
01:41You know, you can make up.
01:43If somebody came up with this script in Hollywood, you'd be going, this is nonsense.
01:47But, you know, yeah, they're doing the, you know,
01:50they would cast Will Smith as Szyk or something like that.
01:53It's just been crazy.
01:57But they're still going.
01:59They're still standing strong.
02:00The Czech Republic have had a great tournament.
02:02They can go home with their heads held high.
02:05But Denmark, everybody's, everybody's loving it.
02:08Everyone, except for the Czechs, maybe.
02:12But the, you know, Szyk scored again.
02:16An absolutely brilliant tournament.
02:18As you just said, they were lining up for him now.
02:23He's out. Denmark, goodness knows
02:27what's going to happen next.
02:30Do we want them to win it?
02:32I don't know.
02:33Because if they... Imran's shaking his head.
02:40It's been the story of the tournament, hasn't it?
02:42Yeah, absolutely.
02:43They did it in 92 when they weren't even meant to be there.
02:46They might do it again.
02:48That's what I'm saying.
02:49I'm actually thinking,
02:51this is going to take something from Italy or England
02:54to stop these boys now.
02:56And it's like a Rocky story, you know,
02:57the rats are starting to look for the underdog instead of the big boys.
03:01And yeah, I think they might.
03:04I'm going to go all crazy.
03:06And I think they might actually go and do this.
03:08Sahil, do you think they might?
03:10Look, guys, you guys are underestimating England way too much now,
03:14which is hurting me.
03:15So no, they will not.
03:17I mean, I love Denmark and on.
03:19And, you know, they enter the pitch with extra motivation,
03:21which is great, you know.
03:22I love to see their passion.
03:24But no, I think England should get the better of them.
03:27And we saw what England did yesterday.
03:28Yes, it was not against a high profile opponent.
03:31But still, you know, but I'm not...
03:33It's definitely going to be a tough one for Denmark.
03:36But they enter the pitch with that extra motivation.
03:39I've seen that.
03:40And they are going to give a fight in the semis, for sure.
03:44But I still think England should get the better of them
03:47because of quality.
03:49But I hope it's a good game.
03:51But, yes, surely, I enjoyed yesterday Denmark's performance.
03:54For minute one, you know, Delaney scored a wonderful header.
03:57And, you know, they were just all over Czech in the first half.
03:59But the Czech Republic woke up in the second half.
04:01Czech scored instantly as soon as the half began.
04:05But let's see what happens afterwards.
04:08Yeah, you're right.
04:08I mean, Delaney gave them the lead with a header.
04:11It shouldn't have been a corner, though, by the way.
04:12It came off.
04:13Yeah.
04:15Yeah, so that's a strange decision.
04:16We've seen them over the years, given.
04:18And they often result in a goal going in.
04:20It was a good header.
04:21And then they doubled their lead with Dolberg, with a great cross, though,
04:25by the way, from Mahler outside the right foot.
04:27Lovely cross. Picked him out at the back post.
04:29He stuck it in.
04:31And it looked like it was going to be a comfortable night.
04:32But like you say, Sahil, in the second half, early.
04:35Schick reduced the deficit.
04:37And it was game on from then, wasn't it, Matt?
04:39It was a good game after that.
04:42Yeah, to me,
04:44the most interesting moments in both games,
04:48in both halves, were the first few minutes.
04:51Everybody seemed to score just right after the referee blew the whistle to take off.
04:57We saw it in the Denmark game twice.
05:00We saw it in the England game twice.
05:03And both games went in different directions from there.
05:07Obviously, Denmark got a bit of a tough time in the second half against the Czechs,
05:12but rode it out.
05:13Whereas England got that early second goal in the second half
05:19and then just put absolute distance between the two teams.
05:24And yeah, obviously, we'll get on to that game in a second.
05:27But Denmark, yeah, they deserve their win.
05:31They don't do anything easily.
05:33I think that's the understatement of this tournament.
05:36And they will continue to do it.
05:40But I really think they'll knock the socks off in the next game.
05:43No offence, Imran.
05:44No, but you're right, Matt.
05:45I mean, I think just the way they're playing, you know, they're full of freedom.
05:49There's no pressure there.
05:50They've got the support of everybody now.
05:52And they've got to the semis.
05:53And it's been, I think, more than nearly 30 years that they've done that in the 92,
05:57like you mentioned.
05:58And they shouldn't have been there in the first place, but they were.
06:01And they went on and won it.
06:03But yesterday, Schick got his fifth goal.
06:05So he's a joint leader now with Ronaldo.
06:07Obviously, he's out. Ronaldo's out.
06:09So they are joint top for the golden boot.
06:14But yeah, Denmark dug in deep and held on for the win.
06:17That puts them into the semi-final on Wednesday at Wembley.
06:20And it will be against, like we've already mentioned, England,
06:23because as they were expected, they beat Ukraine yesterday.
06:28But they didn't just do that. They thrashed them.
06:29It could have been and it could have been a lot more.
06:31It was a it was a really dominant display, full of composure and quality.
06:36Southgate made several changes again.
06:39And they paid off again, didn't they?
06:42Well, I'd say we've got to say he'll first for this one.
06:45Yeah. What did you make of it?
06:47I mean, first of all, thankfully, Southgate did not play five at the back.
06:51Credit to him for not doing that, you know.
06:53And I got to point out each individual from the England squad
06:56that it's starting 11 were just outstanding.
06:58Everyone did their job brilliantly.
07:00You know, I don't know what has happened to Raheem Sterling this tournament.
07:03He's doing scoring, assisting.
07:05That number 10 up there, that's what?
07:08He's just done it.
07:09Not much at Ireland.
07:10Two decisions.
07:11Sterling's gone havoc this tournament, you know.
07:15And again, Luke Shaw, what's happened to him?
07:17You know, he's taken that Premier League form into the Euros.
07:20He's assisting goals.
07:21And Harry Maguire again showing why he's important to the England squad.
07:26He scored. Obviously, Harry Kane scored the very early goal, which took England off.
07:30But in the first half, I just wanted to point out, yeah, they scored in the fourth minute.
07:35But after that, England in the first half just looked really sluggish.
07:38Like, yes, the second half, they just woke up.
07:40They just started scoring, bang, bang.
07:42But in the first half, yes, after scoring, they looked very sluggish on the ball, you know.
07:46They were not creating chances.
07:48Sancho was not so good in the first half.
07:50He was brilliant in the second half, obviously.
07:52But this is where England got to like watch out against a high-profile team.
07:57Denmark are not going to allow to do this, definitely.
07:59You know, they're going to be more organized than Ukraine.
08:01So, this is one worry that I had for England.
08:04Otherwise, you know, of course, 4-0, it's just outstanding.
08:07But that first half worried me a bit for England.
08:09I think, Sahil, what happened there was, I mean, getting that early goal just changed the whole complexion of the game.
08:15Because then that allowed them to sit back a little bit and just invite Ukraine on.
08:19And then they could hit them on the break with Sancho playing out wide.
08:23Made his first start of the tournament after his big money move to Man United.
08:27I think £75 million they've paid for him.
08:29So, that first goal really changed the whole dynamics of the game.
08:33Otherwise, I think they may have been a bit more gung-ho and gone at them a bit more.
08:36They have to in the end.
08:38You mentioned Kane got the two goals.
08:41And you mentioned Shaw, who I think was man of the match.
08:43He was absolutely brilliant.
08:44Got two assists yesterday.
08:45He got one against Germany.
08:47You know, there was competition for that left-back place with Ben Chilwood in the squad.
08:51But I think he's made that position his own now.
08:54He's proven that he's solid in defence.
08:56And he's a creator of goals.
08:59I mean, how impressive was he?
09:01And Maguire, you mentioned the whole team from 1-11 was really impressive yesterday, I thought.
09:06Yeah, it's almost like we've got a time machine.
09:09Because we're talking about a great Harry Maguire and a great Luke Shaw.
09:13That normally doesn't make sense these days.
09:16Because we're not...
09:18Well, I'm not the greatest fans of them in the way they've been playing at Man United.
09:24But they...
09:26Yeah, to a man, they were brilliant.
09:29They knew how to soak it up, as Saheel was saying.
09:33They knew how to ride it out, shall we say.
09:37And also they knew how to hit on the break.
09:39They soaked up the punches.
09:42They were a bit sloppy in the, let's say, the last 35 minutes of the first half.
09:49It was, I guess for you, Emraan, it was more of an emotional rollercoaster than it was for us.
09:55But they came out and they did the exact same job as they did in the first half.
09:59After the whistle went, boom, go.
10:01And then that was it.
10:03The wheels came off for Ukraine and it was game over from that point.
10:09Saheel, I think you enjoyed that second half a lot more, didn't you?
10:14Some unbelievable deliveries, first of all, for the Harry Maguire goal.
10:18Was it offside or no? Was Harry Maguire's hand onside or offside?
10:22I can't say.
10:23It was just about in.
10:24Thank God it was given a goal.
10:26Otherwise, England would panic again.
10:28But then from there, again, Shaw with another beautiful ball.
10:32Again, Harry Kane this time at the back.
10:34And Jordan Henderson on the score sheet. How about that?
10:37Southgate must be happy.
10:39Southgate really likes Jordan Henderson.
10:41We've all seen that.
10:42And he's also on the score sheet.
10:44But I just hope now in the semi-finals, Maguire is on a yellow card.
10:49Declan Nice is on a yellow card.
10:51If they both get a yellow card, and if England win,
10:55the balance will go off, I feel.
10:57That's the one way.
10:58Can I ask, do we not reset the yellows?
11:01Is there no reset for the yellows in this tournament?
11:03I thought they do from the semi-finals.
11:05Yeah, I think that might not be...
11:09Yeah, I think there's an amnesty and they all go back to zero yellows, I think.
11:14All right, that's good then.
11:17We'll just double check on that.
11:20But I think you're right there, Matt.
11:21I think that does...
11:22Hey, look, another point.
11:23That's the fifth consecutive clean sheet now.
11:26And I think that's a new record at the European Championships.
11:29I don't think that's been done before.
11:30I think Italy's done that at the World Cup years ago.
11:33But England have kept another clean sheet.
11:3682, I think.
11:3882. So, I mean, it's been a long time.
11:40I mean, big football's...
11:41He wasn't really tested too much.
11:43He had one shot to save in the first half.
11:45Got Dan Smart to save it at his near post.
11:48But I think overall, he was composed again.
11:51He was alert when he was needed.
11:54He organised his back four really well.
11:56He's really...
11:58I would say more than anything, he's grown up in this tournament.
12:01I think he's just grown up.
12:02He's not so childish anymore.
12:03He's eradicated those mistakes.
12:05We're not seeing that.
12:06I mean, I was really concerned that, you know,
12:08in a game like this, potential banana skin,
12:10there might be a flap at a ball or a cross or something
12:12and he's going to be to blame.
12:14But touch wood, up till now, he's still...
12:17I've got my table out.
12:21Yeah, no, I think what we're seeing here
12:23is passion with sensibility by England.
12:27They're not just throwing it all on their sleeve
12:30and messing up like we've seen with Shelton
12:35and Trevor Stephen in the past
12:37and, you know, trying their hardest
12:40and then messing it up when they should be winning.
12:43There seems to be a real sense of belief
12:46with this team
12:47and I'm actually starting to believe it too.
12:51They...
12:53Yeah, they seem to really know what they're doing.
12:56Pickford has been brilliant.
12:59Maguire coming back has been a huge, huge benefit for them.
13:04But then going forward, Kane...
13:07Even Southgate stuck by Kane
13:09and he's proven to be right now
13:12because Kane's now been banging in the goals.
13:14We all questioned why is he playing Kane
13:17and not Foden
13:18and why is he not starting Grealish?
13:20But that's a different debate.
13:24But the...
13:26Yeah, it seems to all just be clicking
13:28and they've got brains on them this time,
13:31believe it or not.
13:33You know, English footballer with a brain.
13:35You know, it sounds like a contradiction in terms.
13:38They...
13:39Yeah, they're really good
13:41but they're going to have such a mission
13:43on their hands against Denmark.
13:44I really think they will do
13:45because, again, they're going to have passion.
13:47And this Danish team are exactly the same way.
13:51And they...
13:52You know, it isn't like we're at Wembley
13:54or we're doing this for Christian.
13:56You know, they've both got their own agenda
13:58and it's going to be absolutely fascinating
14:02and probably going to be nil-nil.
14:06Well, Matt, you're right.
14:07You mentioned...
14:08You say clicking.
14:09That's exactly what's happening here.
14:10I mean, against Croatia in the first group game,
14:13wasn't a very good performance at all.
14:15Scraped through with a 1-0 win.
14:16Against Scotland, against you boys,
14:18I thought it was a very good game.
14:19Scotland was really unlucky.
14:20But a decent enough performance,
14:22another clean sheet.
14:23And against the Czech Republic,
14:24again, you know, not too good,
14:26but got through.
14:27But then in the last 16, clicking.
14:29Absolutely right.
14:30Against Germany,
14:31you know, it all seemed to work,
14:32especially in that second half.
14:33And last night, absolutely,
14:35it really definitely clicked into place.
14:37So, Hil, do you see any sort of weaknesses
14:39in this team now?
14:41No.
14:42There's no weaknesses at all.
14:43Like you said, five clean sheets
14:45is not a joke in this tournament.
14:46You know, I think Pickford's already won
14:48the Golden Glove.
14:49Like, I don't...
14:50I mean, Italy have conceded
14:51in two games already.
14:52So, I don't know if he's got it or not.
14:54So, no, there's no weakness.
14:55I mean, in the first three games...
14:56It's a game to win 5-0.
15:00But in the first three games,
15:02you know, maybe I could have asked,
15:04like, are they not so, like,
15:06creative, you know?
15:08They are playing seven defensive players
15:10and four attackers.
15:11That's all.
15:12So, I was asking myself, you know,
15:14are they creative?
15:15Do they have that creativity
15:16from Sterling?
15:17Foden?
15:18Mount?
15:19You know, these were the guys
15:20who were starting regularly
15:21in the start.
15:22You know, there was only one goal
15:23in the 180 minutes
15:24which they played
15:25between the Czech and Scotland.
15:27And then Mount and Foden
15:28were ruled out.
15:30Still, they scored only one
15:31against Czech.
15:32So, I was questioning myself.
15:33They're good at the back.
15:34Rice and Phillips
15:35are doing their job well.
15:36You cannot expect them
15:37to create many chances
15:38all the time.
15:39So, that was my question.
15:40Like, will they create
15:41a lot of...
15:42Now, against Germany,
15:43scored two wonderful goals.
15:44Two good goals.
15:46Now, against Ukraine, four.
15:47So, there's...
15:48I cannot question anything
15:49to this England squad.
15:50Gareth Southgate
15:51has played his cards well.
15:52And, you know, they're fine.
15:54And I think they should be fine
15:55against Denmark.
15:56Go in with confidence
15:57like how they played
15:58against Germany.
15:59The same confidence.
16:01Yeah, I think those questions
16:02have definitely been answered.
16:03Especially about being
16:04a little bit shy
16:05getting four goals yesterday.
16:06It's a pretty decent,
16:07you know, Ukrainian team.
16:08Not the worst.
16:09And also that...
16:11You don't get further
16:12than Germany, Spain and Portugal
16:14by being rubbish.
16:16They deserve their place
16:17in the quarterfinals.
16:21You know, Zinchenko
16:22was brilliant in the last 16.
16:25Like I say,
16:26on another day,
16:27that might have been
16:28a very different result.
16:29The thing that I wanted
16:30to say about England
16:31is, you want to win
16:32a tournament,
16:33you've got to slow burn.
16:35You start slowly,
16:37you get faster,
16:38you get faster,
16:39you get faster.
16:40Just like New Zealand
16:41do every Rugby World Cup.
16:42And that's exactly
16:43what England are doing
16:44right now.
16:45They're just coming
16:46to the boil
16:47at the right time.
16:48Absolutely at the right time.
16:49Semi-final.
16:50I mean, just two games to go.
16:51Southgate saying
16:52he wants to go
16:53two steps further.
16:54They got to the semi-finals
16:55of the World Cup
16:56and got knocked out
16:57by Croatia.
16:58So they want to go
16:59two steps further this time.
17:01I mentioned it before,
17:02the depth of that squad
17:03with the quality there.
17:04I mean, it's frightening.
17:05You could see
17:06when it was 4-0
17:09and England took off
17:10Harry Kane.
17:11The Ukraine players,
17:12they wanted to be in tears
17:13because who came on?
17:15Calvert-Lewin came on.
17:16So there's just
17:17no breather for them.
17:18And of course,
17:19there were starts
17:20for Sancho
17:21and for Mound.
17:22Henderson, as we've mentioned,
17:23came off the bench
17:24and scored a goal.
17:26I mean, the quality
17:27of that squad
17:28is really coming
17:29to the fore now.
17:30So this is really
17:31the best chance
17:32for them to go
17:33and win it now, surely.
17:34I mean,
17:35do you really think
17:36Denmark can pose a threat
17:37to England?
17:38I mean, it's got to be
17:39at Wembley Stadium.
17:40There's got to be
17:4160,000 fans
17:42roaring England on.
17:43I mean,
17:44this is England's
17:45best chance now,
17:46isn't it?
17:47Well,
17:48I think
17:49the fans
17:50were the extra man
17:51against Germany.
17:52Very much so.
17:55They need to put sympathy
17:56to one side
17:57against Denmark
17:58if they want to.
17:59They need to get
18:00their singing voice
18:01on and get on
18:02with their job.
18:04And their job
18:05is to roar
18:06on their team
18:09and see it through.
18:13Because these guys,
18:14like I said yesterday,
18:15or sorry,
18:16the day before yesterday,
18:18most of these guys
18:19weren't even alive
18:20last time England
18:21have done something
18:22like this,
18:23you know,
18:24in 66.
18:27So to create
18:28a new legacy
18:29and a whole new
18:30bunch of Gary Linekers
18:31going on and on
18:32and on about it,
18:34they've got to
18:35actually achieve something.
18:37And I think this is,
18:38as you said,
18:39a great chance to do that.
18:40You know,
18:41we can actually
18:42put 66 to bed
18:43and talk about
18:442012,
18:4521 instead.
18:47We can actually
18:48talk about something new
18:49rather than
18:51harking back
18:52to the good old days
18:53and thinking about
18:54when we still had
18:55ration books
18:56and all that nonsense.
18:58Let's try and get
18:59a bit of progress here
19:00and let's go with
19:04actually picking up
19:05a trophy instead.
19:07So hopefully
19:08they can do it.
19:10I still think Denmark
19:11might do it.
19:14I've not even mentioned
19:15Italy,
19:16but well done for getting
19:17Carver Lewin in
19:18and mentioning Everton.
19:20And Shamsher
19:21is not here today
19:22so we've not even mentioned
19:23Chelsea yet.
19:24No Chelsea mention at all,
19:25yeah.
19:26Sahil,
19:27can they do it?
19:28Do you think they can do it?
19:32Not sure,
19:33you know,
19:34first let the semi-final
19:35get passed,
19:36then we can talk about
19:37can they do it?
19:38Because in the final,
19:39no one is a favourite
19:40in a final,
19:41let's be honest here,
19:42whoever team it is.
19:43So let's just
19:44I have one question for you.
19:45I have one question for you.
19:47Now England played
19:48like with Jadon Sancho
19:49got a start,
19:50right?
19:51Foden didn't
19:52also Foden didn't play.
19:53Even Jack Grealish
19:54didn't play.
19:55Jack Grealish did not
19:56even come on.
19:57What do you think of this?
19:58Like will he get to play
19:59against Denmark?
20:00What do you think?
20:01Will he like come on
20:02as a sub?
20:03Because he didn't play
20:04this game.
20:05Everybody expected him
20:06to start, right?
20:07Yeah,
20:08they expected
20:09after he got that
20:10after he came on
20:11and that cameo
20:12against Germany.
20:13Even I thought
20:14that he might start
20:15because Saka
20:16was going to be out
20:17but they went
20:18with Sancho
20:19who showed
20:20glimpses of what he can do.
20:21He's got plenty
20:22of pace,
20:23we know that.
20:24And that's what
20:25he's done up until now
20:26because everything's working.
20:27I mean,
20:28you know,
20:29had we lost one of
20:30those group games
20:31there would have been
20:32a lot of questions.
20:33You know,
20:34why are you playing him
20:35and why isn't he starting
20:36and you've got to change this
20:37and the pressure
20:38would have been on.
20:39But because he's,
20:40you know,
20:41managed the team so well
20:42every decision,
20:43you know,
20:44we think it seems
20:45to be the wrong one
20:46but it goes on
20:47to be the perfect one.
20:48I mean yesterday
20:49it finished 4-0.
20:50I mean,
20:51who knows,
20:52had Grealish started
20:54or had Bryce Rice
20:55or Phillips
20:56in that position
20:57to give Grealish a game.
20:58I mean,
20:59we were all talking
21:00about Foden
21:01being going to be
21:02England's main player
21:03and we know
21:04how good he is as well
21:05but I mean,
21:06he's really
21:07hardly had a look in.
21:08So I mean,
21:09the good thing is
21:10there's a lot of options,
21:11there's a lot of options
21:12for Southgate.
21:13He can literally,
21:14you know,
21:15look at that squad
21:16and study it
21:17but he'll pick
21:18the team that he knows
21:19or he thinks he knows
21:20is going to go
21:21and do a job
21:22against Denmark.
21:23It's really fun to watch.
21:24He's got this mindset now
21:25to keep advancing.
21:26You know,
21:27it's like a,
21:28it's a totally
21:29different mentality
21:30very similar to how
21:31we know Germany
21:32normally are.
21:33You know,
21:34just get there,
21:35get to the final
21:36and for sure
21:37we will see the likes
21:38of Grealish
21:39and Matt
21:40who got a start yesterday.
21:41Foden,
21:42you know,
21:43they're going to play
21:44their part
21:45but for now
21:46I think,
21:47Matt,
21:48can we question
21:49anything that
21:50Southgate has done
21:51so far?
21:52No,
21:53no,
21:54I begrudgingly
21:55say that
21:56he's been bang on
21:57because he stuck
21:58to his guns
21:59even when the
22:00Red Top tabloids
22:01were out for him
22:02saying,
22:03why on earth
22:04are you still
22:05playing Harry Kane?
22:06Foden had his
22:07five minutes
22:08in the first game
22:09when he hit the post.
22:10Didn't really do a lot
22:11after that
22:12and
22:13now
22:14Kane's
22:15coming good
22:16and
22:17Southgate seems
22:18to be proving right.
22:19You know,
22:20the Red Tops
22:21always forget
22:22yesterday's headlines
22:23and go with a new one
22:24tomorrow
22:25so they don't have
22:26any guilt about it
22:27but
22:28yeah,
22:29no,
22:30Southgate
22:31is,
22:32he's been,
22:33he's been bang on.
22:34He's stuck
22:35with Kane.
22:36He's
22:37not
22:38relented
22:39and he's
22:40keeping Grealish
22:41off the bench.
22:42For some reason
22:43Juden Sancho
22:44who wasn't
22:45even getting
22:46a minute
22:47in the first few games
22:48then gets a full
22:4990 minutes
22:50and he's
22:51fixing it up
22:52and that might
22:53be the risky
22:54part
22:55because if he
22:56doesn't,
22:57he might
22:58decide to go
22:59with Foden
23:00and Grealish
23:01to start with
23:02in the next
23:03game
23:04and that
23:05could be
23:06risky
23:07because
23:08if it ain't
23:09broke
23:10don't fix,
23:11you know?
23:12So I
23:13would just
23:14start with
23:15the same
23:1611 you
23:17just started
23:18with.
23:20You know,
23:21Spinozolo
23:22who's been so
23:23good down
23:24that left
23:25flank for
23:26the Italians,
23:27you know,
23:28a lot of their
23:29attacking threat
23:30comes from him
23:31but unfortunately
23:32he ruptured
23:33his Achilles tendon
23:34and he's
23:35going to be
23:36out for quite
23:37a while.
23:38I think that
23:39injury,
23:40depending on
23:41what grade
23:42of an injury
23:43is,
23:44it could be
23:45several months
23:46out so
23:47they're going
23:48to be missing
23:49a game final.
23:50I'm going to
23:51go Italy
23:52to win,
23:53I'm going to
23:54go 3-2.
23:55I can see a lot
23:56of goals in this
23:57game.
23:58What do you
23:59think?
24:00Well,
24:01I think that
24:02you might be
24:03right,
24:04there's going
24:05to be lots
24:06of goals
24:07but goodness
24:08knows it
24:09could be
24:107-0,
24:11it could
24:12be
24:135-5.
24:14I think
24:15it's just
24:16funny,
24:17it just
24:18happens.
24:19But on
24:20any other
24:21given day,
24:22which seems
24:23to be a
24:24little bit
24:25more common,
24:26they might
24:27lose it.
24:28So,
24:29I'll go
24:303-1
24:31Italy.
24:32I don't
24:33know man,
24:34I don't
24:35know,
24:36I can't
24:37predict this
24:38game.
24:39I can't
24:40predict,
24:41I've seen
24:42Spain,
24:43how they
24:44play,
24:45I can't
24:46predict
24:47that.
24:48What about
24:49the other
24:50one,
24:51Denmark and
24:52England,
24:53I think purely
24:54because of
24:55the home
24:56advantage,
24:5760,000 fans
24:58and clicking
24:59as Matt
25:00says,
25:01into gear
25:02right now,
25:03I think
25:04England,
25:05I think
25:06there's no
25:07stopping
25:08them now,
25:09I think
25:102-0,
25:11comfortable.
25:12Called it.
25:13Sahil,
25:14what do
25:15you think?
25:16I think
25:17Denmark will
25:18get one as
25:19a consolation,
25:20one of that.
25:21I think
25:22Denmark will
25:23give a fight.
25:24So that'll
25:25be England's
25:26first goal
25:27conceded if
25:28that happens.
25:29Alright,
25:30well these
25:31are exciting
25:32times for
25:33sure,
25:34can the
25:35three lines
25:36go all the
25:37way this
25:38time,
25:39we'll find
25:40out soon
25:41enough.
25:42Thanks to
25:43my guests
25:44and remember
