00:39the National Bureau of Investigation filed a complaint against DOJ for inciting to sedition and grave threats.

00:48We believe that our evidence was enough.

00:52The ball is now in the hands of DOJ.

00:54They will determine if they will conduct a preliminary investigation and later file a case in the court.

01:05The NBI tried to find the person appointed by Vice President Duterte that she talked to, but they were not able to find him.

01:12The NBI invited Vice President Duterte twice to give a statement, but it was not included in the report.

02:16that the statements of inciting violence or rebellion should be included.

03:48Escudero said that the Senate already has jurisdiction.
