00:00It's one thing to write about a workout and it's one thing to try a workout yourself and that's
00:06exactly what I'm doing here at Fitness First. Trying, well they're not really two new workouts
00:11but two workouts which are new for me and they are tough and jump and why am I doing this? Because
00:18it's the Dubai Fitness Challenge month and I want to take this opportunity to push myself to get out
00:23of my comfort zone and do something that I don't normally do and so I'm going to call Andrea Giovanni
00:30one of my favorite instructors to tell us more about what jump and what tough is all about. I'm
00:36so happy that you came and that you want to challenge yourself with all of these new activities
00:41yes and that's why I will tell you that this will be so beneficial for your body just because
00:46tough and jump are so different workouts but also complementary. You know why? Because while
00:52tough it's a functional workout and heat training at the same time. Okay. So you will work your
00:56strength but also your cardiovascular system. Yeah. And most of all you will improve the skills
01:01of the everyday life. Yeah. In jump you will really train your vascular system but it's without having
01:08any problem at your knees, at your back or at your ankles. Okay. Because the impact is big time reduced.

03:26So, I have concluded my one hour workout with Andrea and his team.
03:38We tried out two workouts, tough and jump.
03:41Now, these two are fairly new to me.
03:43I have not tried these before, but I love doing it.
03:46It doesn't matter how I fared compared to the others, but I made a beginning and that
03:50was important and you should do the same, right, Andrea?
03:54You're absolutely right.
03:55Anzona was a great example on how you can manage the class, even though with a little
04:00bit of regression or just focusing on a basic move, just to get into the consciousness of
04:05the trampoline or with the weights, adaptation, that's the right step that you have to do
04:10to start your new journey.
04:12And for sure, whenever you come in any of our facilities, you will find an instructor
04:15that is ready to help you and to kickstart your fitness journey.
