00:00Because of many seniors having played cricket and other sports, many youngsters, Sri Lankan
00:10young boys have come into the game.
00:13Not only cricket but also other sports.
00:16And they are very active in sports.
00:18You know in Sri Lanka, school sports is very big.
00:23And especially school cricket is one which was the platform which produced great players
00:29like Kumar Sankakara, Mahela Jayawardene and all these things came through schools.
00:35So here lot of emphasis is given to youngsters, especially the grass roots.
00:41And also Sri Lankans love their music.
00:44And during Pakistan-Sri Lanka matches, their band comes, it's called Parapuri band.
00:53And they come and make the whole area beautiful.
00:57They sing songs and enjoy and I used to feel nice because in Sri Lanka, I've seen them
01:05how they enjoy a cricket match.
01:07So same thing they try and do it here.
01:11So they enjoy.
01:12The main thing is like, they like to enjoy their days, you know, especially their off
01:20day with lot of activity.
01:23And they also make their presence in rugby here.
01:27Lot of people go for rugby because rugby is big in Sri Lanka.
01:32So it is, as a group, they are very united.
01:37They all help each other and they all meet together in evenings, music and play sports
01:44and enjoy themselves.
