00:22In an interview focused largely on foreign policy, Trump said defeating Daesh is a higher
00:28priority than persuading Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to step down, playing down
00:34a long-held goal of US policy.
00:36The UN envoy for Yemen presented a proposal to the Al-Houthi rebels and their allies on
00:42advancing prospects for peace as protests marked the final day of his talks in Sana'a.
00:48Ismail Oujshiek Ahmed said the rebels would give their response to the written roadmap
00:53on political and security arrangements in the coming days.
00:58British Prime Minister Theresa May's government gave the green light to an expansion of London's
01:03Heathrow Airport, bringing to an end one of the longest debates in UK politics, but leaving
