00:09People infected with certain diseases and conditions, including anthrax, cholera, avian
00:13influenza and HIV, will get free treatment at government hospitals across the UAE.
00:19The decision is part of the Infectious Diseases Law, which was published on Monday and will
00:24take effect in six months and covers UAE citizens and expats on visit or residence
00:29visa.
00:30Food poisoning, diphtheria, botulism, E. coli and respiratory diseases are also covered
00:35by the new rules.
00:37For any patient to receive free treatment and medicines for these diseases, they must
00:41not be covered by insurance.
00:44World leaders gather at the United Nations for their annual meeting today with an array
00:48of global crises that desperately need solutions.

02:01the prescription drugs his wife, Catriona White, used to overdose in September 2015.
02:07The suit accuses Carrey of giving White the medications days before she was found dead
02:11in one of Carrey's homes.
