00:17More than 20 workers are recovering at various Al Ain hospitals a day after a horrific accident
00:22which killed 24 of their colleagues.
00:25The accident happened on a truck loaded with sand and crushed stone collided with a bus
00:29packed with the workers.
00:31Police have called on contracting companies and transport agencies to ensure the strictest
00:35enforcement of safety rules while transporting workers and regularly inspect vehicles for
00:40safety compliance.
00:42Emirates Airline has signed a multi-million dollar deal to become a global partner of
00:46Formula One.
00:47The five-year deal announced this morning will come into effect from the 2013 season.
