00:25Commenters on that post attributed his look to other factors — the weight-loss drug
00:29Ozempic, a low-protein diet, makeup, and even AI. Another ex-user posted,
00:34"...Tom Brady looks like he's constantly sucking through a straw."
00:38Others brought up a rumor that has hounded Brady for quite some time — that he's gotten
00:42plastic surgery. One ex-user in particular theorized that the former QB had gotten a
00:47chin implant and had part of his jaw removed.
00:51It probably didn't help matters that Brady not only appeared during the game as an analyst
00:55but also in a stand-up-to-all-hate ad with Snoop Dogg, putting his face in front of millions

01:03Brady, for his part, has never addressed the plastic surgery rumors, but it's been the
01:07punchline for a lot of jokes. Comedian Nikki Glaser opted to leave one out of her set at
01:13the infamous roast of Brady on Netflix, but she later decided to share it on The Howard
01:17Stern Show.
01:18"...I love your work you've done on your face. Seriously, though, slow down. What's happening
01:24with your cheeks?"
01:25Glaser's bit didn't stop there. It also referred to Brady as looking like a Ken doll that's
01:30been microwaved and referenced the Patriots' Deflategate scandal, implying he was deflating
01:36his own face.
01:37In October 2023, plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Westreich told The Sun that he believed Brady's
01:42evolving appearance was mostly the result of Botox, which he believes Brady started
01:47back in the early aughts. He said,
01:49"...Tom looks like he is actually doing less Botox than what he was doing before he retired.
01:53He appears to be moving his forehead now and it is not super smooth like it was before."
01:57Dr. Westreich went on to explain that Brady may have wanted to avoid the droopy eyelids
02:02that too many Botox injections can cause. He also disagreed that Brady got fat removed
02:07from his cheeks, saying that he's, quote, "...never had any."
02:10In December 2024, Radar published a report claiming that Brady had become comfortable
02:14resorting to cosmetic procedures to keep up with his peers on TV. Similar to Dr. Westreich's
02:19assessment, Chicago-based plastic surgeon Dr. Otto Plassik also claimed that Brady's
02:24appearance suggested he'd received Botox as well as fillers, but he also went one further,
02:29stating that Brady may have gotten a hair transplant.
02:32Another source who spoke to Radar said there's a clear reason why Brady might be seeking
02:36such changes, saying,
02:37"...he may be relying on a few injections of Botox to smooth out his forehead and other
02:41fillers to accentuate those high cheekbones and chin. Tom's a nice guy, but he's still
02:46vain."
02:47On Reddit, that Radar article sparked a lively conversation. One Redditor wrote,
02:51"...he never had chiseled good looks before surgery. He just recently got more and went
02:55too far."
02:56Another commented,
02:57"...look at his rookie season versus his last. He was getting small surgeries for years."
