00:00Preparations are underway in anticipation of the kickoff of the Alianza para sa Bagong Pilipinas Proclamation Rally tomorrow at the Centennial Arena in Lawag City, Ilocos Norte.

00:18Preparations are underway in anticipation of the kickoff of the Alianza para sa Bagong Pilipinas Proclamation Rally tomorrow at the Centennial Arena in Lawag City, Ilocos Norte.
00:30The rally is expected to be attended by all senatorial candidates under the administration party.
00:36President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is also set to attend tomorrow's rally to show support for the candidates.
00:42Preparations are being led by the Alianza organizers in coordination with the provincial government of Ilocos Norte.
00:49The proclamation rally is expected to draw thousands of Ilocano supporters from all 23 towns in the province.
00:56Local officials including Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc, Vice Governor Cecilia Aganeta Marcos, Presidential Son and 1st District Representative Congressman Sandro Marcos, and 2nd District Representative Angelo Marcos Barba are expected to attend.
01:12To ensure the security of the crowd and guests, approximately 1,200 law enforcers have been assigned to maintain peace and order around the venue.
01:21Mayron po tayong 1,200 na personnel na itinalaga para po magbantay dito sa venue, doon po sa routes, traffic routes, even crowd control and management.
01:37Even doon pa lang sa pagdating ng ating mga bisita, doon sa kalang billeting areas as well as doon sa airport ay nakahanda na po kami.
01:47Obar also reminded the audience of the prohibited items they cannot bring into the venue such as bags, tumblers, sharp objects, lighters, and vapes to avoid delays at the reception area.
01:59He assured that there will be a security check before anyone is allowed to enter the venue as an extra layer of safety.
02:07A viewing screen will also be set up at the front of the venue to accommodate the overflow crowd who wish to watch the rally.
02:14In addition to the proclamation rally, a concert will be staged to entertain the attendees.
