00:20This woman was hit by a vehicle while a man was being run over by a jeep on the National Highway in Davao City.

00:25In the investigation of the police, the 19-year-old woman who was going to work was suddenly run over by a suspect.

00:36The two did not know each other.

00:40The driver hurriedly ran away and stopped at the nearest police outpost.

00:45When the jeep stopped, some men had a chance to injure the woman.

00:51It was hard to get the man out of the jeep, so they did not let him out of the vehicle.

00:59In the end, the man was arrested and in custody by the police.
