00:00The Philippines continues to defend its Exclusive Economic Zone despite the lack of maritime vehicles.

00:06This is said by President Bongbong Marcos who is still inside the EEZ of the Philippines.

00:11The ships of China Coast Guard are already considered as its monster ship.

00:21It is really hard to leave the monster ship and other ships of China in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines, according to President Bongbong Marcos.

00:30Well, we don't have the means to leave.

00:32It's a good thing that we have an aircraft carrier with a destroyer, frigate and submarine.

00:38But our policy is that we will just continue to defend our territorial rights in the EEZ.

00:45This statement is considered by the Philippine Coast Guard as an order to protect the EEZ and support the modernization program of their group.

00:54I don't think that the President is saying that we can't do it.

00:58As what we saw for the past days since January 4,

01:03the Philippine Coast Guard vessel BRP Teresa Magbanwa has vigilantly challenged and drove away the China Coast Guard monster ship.

01:12Recently, the President approved the purchase of 5 patrol vessels from Japan and 40 fast patrol crafts from France.

01:20This is in addition to those who are guarding the EEZ like BRP Teresa Magbanwa

01:25which is facing the China Coast Guard vessel 3304 which is 105 nautical miles away from Zambales.

01:32PCG also drove away the monster ship 5901 of China back to Bajo de Macinloc after it approached the coastline of Zambales.

01:42The voyage of the monster ship took place a few days before the co-deployment of the Philippine Navy, America, Australia and Japan.

01:50As part of the practice of fighting submarines,

01:53there was also a sighting of a sea vehicle of China in the area of activity although they did not know according to the AFP.
