Tom Corbett is not as well remembered as Buck Rogers or Flash Gordon, two other early characters from scifi radio serials. Like them he appeared in many formats, He was on TV, on radio, in books and in comic books. Tom Corbett was a student at a space academy similar to the one that would later be featured in Star Trek

This is a re-edited version of a double episode from his radio series, entitled
