00:00Parade, Halt!
00:14This morning, there will be a shooting practice for the young soldiers...
00:19...that will take place today and tomorrow.
00:24...involving 116 young soldiers...
00:27...in the 1st Series of National Training Programme 2025.
00:34This morning, they were given a briefing...
00:38...regarding the shooting practice...
00:40...as one of the modules in the military training.
00:45How many types of weapons are used here?
00:48For the shooting practice, we use the M16 weapon...
00:54...which is the basic weapon used to train...
00:58...the soldiers in the 1st Series.
01:03How many people are involved today?
01:06We have two days.
01:08Today, there are 67 people.
01:11The rest will be involved tomorrow.
01:15Sir, can you give us an update...
01:17...regarding the National Training Programme?
01:19Did it go smoothly from the first day until today?
01:22Alhamdulillah, from the first day until today...
01:26...it went smoothly.
01:28However, there were a few health problems.
01:33They got distracted...
01:36...or they couldn't continue because of health problems...
01:40...which were a bit chronic.
01:43Because the training was more intense...
01:48...they couldn't complete it fully...
01:53...and to prevent them from getting more injuries...
01:58...they withdrew.
02:03How many withdrew?
02:05Five people withdrew due to health problems.
02:08Maybe they were chosen to set up the National Training Programme...
02:11...but they are already working.
02:12What about the employers?
02:14Are they allowed to take action?
02:18For the 1st Series, it's okay.
02:22But for the 2nd Series and the rest...
02:24...it's a conditional agreement.
02:27When someone is called...
02:29...to train for the National Training Programme...
02:32...they have to be present.
02:34If they are obstructed or have certain problems...
02:37...they have to ask for compensation.
02:41When they are working...
02:47...they have to get permission from their employers.
02:51The employers have to justify...
02:54...why they didn't release the trainees...
03:00...for the National Training Programme.
03:02As their responsibility...
03:07...they are bound by the National Training Programme.
03:11If the employers don't justify it...
03:15...we'll have to go through a different process.
03:19If they want to ask for compensation...
03:21...but they didn't release the trainees...
03:23...and the employers object, is it okay?
03:24It's okay.
03:26Aside from being chosen by the system...
03:32...if they are willing...
03:37...we'll accept it.
