01:45is what triggers La Jefa to become what it finally is.

04:18As an actor in Chile,
04:20I started working in Chile 32 years ago.
04:27And I never thought I would leave Chile.
04:31I never imagined that I would be able to act in the United States,
04:37that I would be able to act in English,
04:39that I would be able to act in chains like Telemundo
04:42or in other chains that I have also worked in Mexico and Latin America.
04:47So every day for me is a surprise.
04:51Every day I am still surprised by the projects
04:55and I appreciate being able to spend all these years working on what I like,
05:01which is my passion, acting, and being able to live from that.
05:05Our career and our life is like an electrocardiogram,
05:07it goes up, it goes down, it goes up, it goes down.
05:10The only time when it is flat is when we are no longer there and we are dead.
05:14And that electrocardiogram, sometimes the falls are difficult to sustain.
05:20And sometimes to do a project, there are 7 or 10 that fail and fall.
05:25Thank God, this has always been my first option.
05:32Always acting for me is my passion.
05:35Like everything, you always try to do other businesses, other things.
05:40I had a restaurant, it was very bad for me.
05:42And at the end of the day I said, well, pastry chef to your pastries,
05:45and this is what I like, this is what I think I do well,
05:50and I try to do better every day.
05:53And that's why I dedicate myself and focus on acting.
05:57And always my plan B has been that plan A results.

06:09I already did my job, and now what I like the most is to see her fly.
06:16We help raise her and have the wings to get ahead.
06:23And my daughter is happy, she is happy living her life.
06:28I love her, obviously I miss her, because before I had her in my arms every day,
06:33I was going to pick her up from school or take her to school.
06:36And today she has her independence, but to see her so happy,
06:40to see her become the woman she is, and to see her happy is my greatest pride.
