01:12Trump's plan drew international criticism, sparking protests in the U.S., with rights
01:17groups condemning the proposal as ethnic cleansing.
01:20Meanwhile, many world leaders have rejected it, sticking to the U.S.'s previous stance
01:25of seeking a two-state solution.
01:36As the legality of Trump's proposal is questioned, Trump has targeted the International Criminal
01:41Court with an executive order, implementing financial sanctions and visa restrictions
01:46on ICC officials and their families, for probes targeting the U.S. and its allies, including
01:52Israel.
01:53It comes as protesters push for Netanyahu's arrest while in the U.S., as he's wanted by
01:58the International Criminal Court for war crimes in Gaza.
02:02But the ICC has little power in the U.S., which doesn't recognize the court.
02:21The warrant for Netanyahu's arrest does, however, prevent him from visiting other countries,
02:26with many world leaders vowing to follow through on the ICC's order if the Israeli leader visits.
