00:21to events and venues.
00:23Carmen Callo, Sodexo's executive chef, revealed to People that one of the signature items
00:27available to Swift and others will be tomahawk steaks, one of the best cuts you can use for
00:31a caveman-style steak.
00:33But these aren't just any tomahawks.
00:35The bone of each steak will bear the Super Bowl LII logo for an added bit of flair.
00:39Beyond that, Swift and her buds will also be able to snack on Sky High's seafood towers,
00:43sushi, and sandwich platters.
00:45If that isn't enough, she'll of course have access to all the other mouth-watering options
00:49that'll be available to all attendees at Caesar's Superdome, all of which will also come courtesy
00:53of Sodexo.
00:54As Callo told People, the goal of this year's menu was to combine the typical game-day eats
00:59with classics of Louisiana cuisine.
01:01Accordingly, the chef hopes the selection represents a global melting pot that makes
01:05New Orleans so special.
01:07Of course, a Louisiana-inspired menu must include po'boys, a beloved staple of the region.
01:12But as Callo said during his appearance on Good Morning America, these po'boys are something
01:16special and include the following.
01:19"...five Gulf shrimp and a nine-hour braised and smoked short rib, a little remoulade or
01:24Mornay sauce, and a Leinheimer roll."
01:27Other sandwich options include a vegetarian banh mi sandwich and alligator sausage enveloped
01:32by two crusty slices of French bread.
01:34There will also be nachos, but with an interesting Louisiana twist.
01:37They'll include Louisiana crawfish queso, blackened Gulf shrimp, fresh guacamole, and
01:42pico de gallo.
01:43And seriously, what kind of Louisiana-inspired menu would it be without some jambalaya?
01:47As for beverages, the Spicy Bloody Mary features an impressive selection of garnishes, including
01:52spicy okra, cheese, and bacon, among other additions.
01:56While some claim that Swift's preferred boozy beverage is a French blonde, it may be hard
01:59to pass up such a feat of cocktail engineering.
02:02All in all, it's hard to imagine anyone finding fault with this year's spread, especially
02:06when you're watching the person you love hopefully make their way to victory.
