00:00And finally, the one big change that we've seen in sports betting with the advent of legalized
00:04sports betting is the lack of ads for the companies that we used to hear all the time
00:09on terrestrial radio, Pat, and satellite radio, and even TV sometimes with Bovada and MyBookie
00:16and BetUS, all of these companies that now are being asked to cease and desist in a lot of
00:22different states around the country. And really, that was one of the big stories in sports betting
00:26last year was not just the ask and demand of the cease and desist, but them actually carrying that
00:31out. And that seems to be continuing here in 2025. Yeah, so Florida this week announced that
00:36it sent three CNDs to those companies you listed, MyBookie, BetUS, and Bovada. The focus kind of has
00:42been in Bovada for the last year. I know it went from about three states or three markets that it
00:48restricted access to, to 17 now. Florida has not added to that list yet, but I can imagine it will
00:55because they have been heeding the advice of this cease and desist and pulling out of the states
01:00that are saying, hey, get out of there. So Florida did that. They sent the three. It's kind of
01:07interesting. You're seeing a lot of these gaming commissions send out things this week kind of
01:11ahead of the Super Bowl saying, hey, watch what you're doing. Be sure you're betting legally and
01:17consciously and responsibly. And I think that was part of it was in their press release
01:23that they announced this. They also said, hey, Hard Rock Bet is the only legal online platform
01:29in Florida, so please use that. So that was kind of interesting. Yeah, to your point, a lot of
01:35states have been doing this. We're seeing even more take kind of action and asking for federal
01:41help. You know, Michigan a couple years ago asked the Attorney General of the U.S. to help and
01:48assist and several other state gaming directors came together with them and said, hey,
01:54let's do this. Let's get this in kind of a coordinated effort. And I think we're starting
02:00to see that a little bit. And of course, that is why a lot of people want the regulated market.
02:04That's always a big push from the legislators who sponsor this is let's get it out in the light.
02:10Let's make sure it's done safely. There's consumer protection and all this that you don't
02:15have with these offshore illegal books. And so, yeah, I'm not surprised that Florida did it.
02:20Florida is pretty, you know, on top of it, it seems. And, you know, I won't be surprised when
02:26even more states continue to do it here over the next couple of months, couple of years.
