00:00The appeal is that the commitments that each one has taken must be respected and therefore
00:12give the maximum possible, with a sense of responsibility, with the capacity, the constancy
00:22and the will that the Italians know how to put into practice in the moments when this
00:29is required, even in a higher measure than the normal tradition, because the real success
00:40of the PNRR is not an affirmation of a government, the defeat of a government, the victory of
00:49a majority, the defeat of an opposition, that is the victory of Italy in its complex, in
00:58its system, in the system of the local entities, in the system of the subjects, other actors,
01:04in the system of the companies that have collaborated, in the system of many administrators who
01:09have put their faces on us, in the system also of those who today try to intervene
01:17to the best of their ability, so that the conditions of a substantial fulfillment of
01:27those that were the predictions of the PNRR can be realized to the best of their ability.
