00:00We currently have 120 billion in cash for the first six rates.
00:10We are in a phase of dialectics with the European Commission,
00:17to have 18.5 billion euros of the seventh rate,
00:22then eighth, ninth and tenth rate have a discount between 2025 and June 30, 2026.
00:30So we realize that it is not that you can make a simple mathematical account,
00:39but we have 194 billion and we have spent only 64.
00:45We actually have 120 billion in cash,
00:48we have already spent 64, but probably we have spent much more,
00:53because between the spending and the accounting of the spending
00:57there are on average two or three months of assessment of the same.
01:02I say this because it is a technical issue and not a political issue.
01:07After all, it is evident that in a spring of financing of this kind,
01:13with about 262,000 spending codes,
01:19you understand that there are situations of great satisfaction
01:25and situations of less satisfaction.
01:28We have to try to start everything that was expected to start.
01:36So, when they tell me the extension,
01:41in a moment that should be of maximum acceleration,
01:45if they start talking about extension,
01:47it definitely means stopping any possibility of maximum acceleration.
01:54It would be as if a football coach was more concerned
01:58about four or five minutes of recovery after the 90th minute,
02:02instead of worrying about closing the match at the 90th minute,
02:06when the match is expected to end in normal times.
