00:00Comelec is cooperating with various agencies to ensure the security of the upcoming elections.

00:07This is what Velco Studio reported.

00:09We affirm our shared objective of a peaceful, just, and democratic Philippines through the election process.

00:25The Solidarity Pact Signing for the 2025 National and Local Elections and DARMM Parliamentary Elections were held in Camp Olivas, San Fernando City, Pampanga.

00:35The Commission on Elections cooperated with the PNP Regional Office 3, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine Coast Guard, BFP, DILG, DepEd, DICT, DOTR, and other non-government agencies to ensure the security of the upcoming elections.

00:51It is expected that the election paraphernalia will be held in Region 3 in April.

00:56We have full coordination with our logistics support there in Manila.

01:02And of course, when it comes to security, those during the transport of these ballot boxes, during the transport of our ACMs, and all other election paraphernalia will be secured because that's the main part of our plan.

01:13The PNP Region 3 Security Task Force is also asking for Comelec checkpoints.

01:18As of yesterday, ma'am, there are already 121 guns that we confiscated, including those that we confiscated from police operations and checkpoints.

01:29And there are also around 126 that we arrested region-wide.

01:3414 municipalities and cities are in the election areas of concern, including Nueva Ecija, where a private armed group is being targeted by the PNP.

01:43By the time we reach the deadline of March 31, we will be able to arrest each private armed group here in Central Luzon.

01:51Revitalize Katok continues for those in the database of the Luz Firearms and Explosives Office who have been registered with LTOF and Firearm Registration.

02:00The PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group is also moving to fight disinformation regarding the election.

02:06We expect that the election will be successful. As we said, success is defined by how we run the election peacefully, with order, and of course, with integrity and accuracy.

02:17The 100 days operational activities will continue until May 11 to ensure freedom, security, and justice in the 2025 elections.
