President Donald Trump's administration announced on Monday that State Secretary Marco Rubio has been appointed as Acting Administrator of U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
Trump’s decision last week to freeze for 90 days the humanitarian aid that the United States provides to countries overseas was felt in places far from Washington, including Ukraine.
