00:00Jarrod Bowen coming back into the side, getting a goal as well. What's that been like? Is that feeling a bit like a new signing at this point? He's so good. He's had such an amazing last couple of seasons or so. West Ham fans must be so happy that he's back and backing the goals as well.
00:20Seeing his name on the starting line-up and team sheet yesterday was just a huge confidence boost. It really felt like, with him playing, we can win any game it feels like sometimes because he's so clinical in front of goal. He's constantly running, giving everything for the shirt. He's the club captain.
00:39Just having a player like Bowen fit and available doesn't just give the fans a boost. It must give the squad a boost as well and address him with a boost. Grandpa said before the game he was delighted to finally be able to select him because he'd been injured ever since he arrived at the club.
00:55It's just a huge boost. Given how good he is, his stature, what he's already achieved at the club, the way that the club clearly feel about him, the way the fans feel about him, it's so important to have a player like that fit and available because he's also the one that a lot of the other players will be looking up to as well in terms of effort and ability.
01:17If the rest of the squad see him chasing down and pressing in the 89th minute when we're two or three nil down and he's still running and trying, the rest of the squad are going to follow suit. He's a really good role model as well to have in that squad. He's fit, he's back, he's obviously got his goal. It's a well-taken goal. Now we've just got to make sure we keep him fit for the rest of the season because we're going to need him.
01:41There's still a fair few names out of Graham Potter's selection. Is anyone nearing return? Is there any updates you can issue in terms of injuries at West Ham?
01:56Well, I think Somerville probably is still the closest to coming back. Like I said earlier, the feeling was when he came off against Villa in the FA Cup at the beginning of January that it was only going to be a couple of weeks as opposed to Falkirk, which was likely going to be a few months. But it's been a month now and we still haven't seen him. But there have been pictures of him in training. The club have been doing their usual social media footage from training over the last few weeks.
02:20And he's there. He is training. So maybe it's just a case that he's still not 100%. So I think he's the closest. I'm not too sure about the rest. I think we all know about Antonio. He won't play again this season for obvious reasons and Falkirk's probably got another six or seven weeks.
02:37Tadejo as well, maybe a few more weeks before he's back. We could desperately need him given we didn't bring another centre-back in January. Somerville's probably closest and his return will give us more pace and more attacking threat in that final third to help the likes of Bowen, Kudas and now Evan Ferguson.
