00:06Experts in the so-called disease explained that the patients of the Lung Center of the Philippines died of a rare disease in 2024.

01:24Dr. Norberto Francisco of the Lung Center of the Philippines explained that pneumonia is an infection of lung tissues.

01:31It could be a virus, bacteria, tuberculosis, or fungus.

01:36In the case of Shue, it could be an infection of influenza virus, like the ones in ordinary lungs.

01:44She had a viral infection, which is usually the more common kind of infection.

01:51Yeah, the common colds.

01:53But how bad it will be depends on the infection of the microbes,

01:59the resistance of the person, if the disease has a different comorbidity, age, and environment.

02:06People might be afraid, they might die from that.

02:09But it's not always because of one factor alone.

02:13It's always an interplay of factors.

02:15It could be that one of them is sick and the other is not sick.

02:19It was reported that Shue had epilepsy and had a vitral valve prolapse related to a valve in the heart.
