00:07The Supreme Court will now start the oral argument on the petition that was requested

00:13for the transfer of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation's funds to the National Treasury.

00:17At 2 p.m., the oral argument will be held in the Embankment Session Hall of the Supreme Court.

00:23It will be discussed if the Special Provision No. 1 is valid

00:27that allows the transfer of the fund balance of a GOCC to Unprogrammed Appropriations

00:33and if there is a legal basis to return the reserve fund of the PhilHealth to the National Treasury.

00:39Among those who are expected to participate are the petitioners,

00:42Senator Coco Pimentel, leader of One Sambayan,

00:45while on the other side of the government is Solicitor General Menardo Guevara.

00:50Meanwhile, despite the issue of the PhilHealth fund,

00:52he assured that the distribution of services and benefits to our countrymen will continue.

01:00Comelec and PNP met this week to discuss the different views on Revitalize or Plan Katok.

01:07According to Comelec Chairman George Garcia,

01:09he was invited to launch the 100-day operation plan of PNP

01:13and this is also an opportunity for him to talk to PNP Chief General Romel Francisco Magvil.

01:19Garcia insisted that PNP should suspend Revitalize or Plan Katok

01:24because the public may doubt that it is being used to influence other politicians or candidates in the upcoming election.

01:32Garcia also insisted that PNP should follow Comelec's mandate during the election.
