00:26of 100,000 sacks of rice to the victims of the following typhoons last year in Ilocos, Cagayan, San Carl, Calabarzon, and Bicol Region.

00:38This came under the auspices of South Korea from the ASEAN Plus 3 Emergency Rice Reserve Program.

00:57The Department of Agriculture will expedite the payment of insurance to farmers and fishermen who are victims of calamity, plague, or disease.

01:07Using the GCOSH funds disbursement service, the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation will be able to pay the damaged crops or animals of farmers and fishermen.

01:19This is faster because it will be directly deposited in their electronic wallets after the DA has partnered with the so-called Mobile Wallet Service.
