00:0020 passenger buses in Quezon City were found and arrested this morning.

00:05The last buses that had a problem when it comes to safety but are still traveling.

00:16Expired or no fire extinguisher,

00:18the lights are not working,

00:20the windows are broken and the wheels are rusted.

00:23These are the common violations of the passenger buses

00:26that were caught by the Special Action and Intelligence Committee on Transportation in Quezon City this morning.

00:32Less than 20 buses were found and arrested as of 6 a.m.

00:38Some of them,

00:39the operators may issue a show-cause order

00:43to explain why their buses violated regulatory standards.

00:47We need to make sure that our citizens have a safe travel

00:53whenever they ride our public buses.

00:56If we see a violation, we will immediately issue a show-cause order.

01:00If not, we will issue a show-cause order to the LTO and LTFRB.

01:07One of the arrested buses,

01:08the handbrake did not work for more than a year according to its driver.

01:14The fire extinguisher was used up and there was no early warning device.

01:18We are in danger.

01:20This is the only thing we can do.

01:22Don't let the compressor run out of air.

03:52regarding their guidelines.

05:52even though according to the China Coast Guard, their ship does not have an LRAD.

05:56Aside from that, there are other incidents of harassing of CCG ships,

06:02water cannons, and other harassment in the past year.

06:06Usually, we file diplomatic orders weekly.

06:08Guess how many diplomatic orders we filed last year?

06:1152.

06:12The year before, 52.

06:14The year before that, 200 plus because sometimes it becomes daily.

06:18President Bongbong Marcos of China has a challenge.

06:21Let's make a deal with China.

06:23Stop claiming our territory.

06:26Stop harassing our fishermen and let them have a living.

06:30Stop ramming our boats.

06:32Stop water cannoning our people.

06:36Stop firing lasers at us.

06:40And stop your aggressive and coercive behavior.

06:43And we will return the Typhoon missiles.

06:46Stop what you are doing.

06:48I will reverse all of that.

06:49President Marcos said this when asked about China's condemnation

06:53of the American Typhoon Missile System in the Philippines.

06:56China has repeatedly lied about the Typhoon Missile System

07:00that can send Tomahawk missiles to China and Russia from the Philippines.

07:05I don't understand the comments on the Typhoon Missile System.

07:08We don't make any comments on their missile systems.

07:10And their missile systems are a thousand times more powerful than what we have.

07:14So, I don't understand.

07:16China has yet to make a statement about this.

07:19The biggest ally of the Philippines in the West Philippine Sea is America.

07:23The President confirmed their agreement with US President Donald Trump,

07:27as well as the possible discussion of the new immigration policy of America
