00:00The BRP Teresa Magbanwa of the Philippine Coast Guard continues the radio challenge on the boat of the China Coast Guard
00:06which is still inside the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines.
00:11This is China Coast Guard vessel 3304. To avoid misunderstandings and miscalculations,
00:19please open your cuffs and leave this sea area immediately.
00:23You do not possess any legal authority to patrol within the Philippine Exclusive Economic Zone.
00:28You are directed to depart immediately.
00:32According to the PCG, the BRP Teresa Magbanwa continues the radio challenge on the China Coast Guard vessel 3304
00:39which is 86 nautical miles away from Capones Island in Zambales.
00:44Aside from that, there are three other China Coast Guard vessels that were monitored in Bajo de Macindo.
00:49BRP Teresa Magbanwa replaced the BRP Cabra that went to Subic Port on Tuesday to return the boat of a fisherman.
00:57On Monday, January 27, the BRP Cabra fisherman went fishing because he couldn't breathe.
01:04But the fishermen were saved by the rescuers.
01:08According to the PCG, the CCG vessel 3304 was close to the boat of the fisherman but it didn't go fishing.
01:16Instead, the incident seemed to be an opportunity for the China Coast Guard to get closer to the Zambales coastline.
01:23At a distance of 72 nautical miles.
01:27BRP Teresa Magbanwa reported that the CCG vessel was far away and it was more than 80 nautical miles away from Zambales.
