00:00certainly a lot of fans of St. John's have to be buzzing at this point. My gosh, they're now up to
00:04ranked 15th in the country in the latest poll. Highest they've been ranked in since 2014. They
00:09take on Georgetown tonight. Five and a half point favorites. Not only has Rick Pitino got this going
00:15in the right direction, I mean, let's say it's the right direction and some at that point. They're
00:20playing great. They are. They've played a really terrific ball together. They do a great job
00:28of finding the matchup. Obviously, that's what you'd expect from Rick Pitino.
00:32He finds what's exploitable and he exploits it. He's been as good a technical basketball coach
00:38as there has been in the last half century. It's one of those things that old saying,
00:44the bum Phillips, he'll take urine and it beat his and his and beat urine.
00:48That's kind of always been Rick is just so good at moving the pieces around.
00:53And he's going against the Georgetown team that has had significant injury problems. Five of their
00:58top six guys have missed a total of nine of seven games, excuse me. And that's made a difference.
01:06Thomas Sorber is about as good a young big guy as there is in college basketball. And he missed
01:11a game and it really cost Georgetown. And so as they try to get themselves back together from a
01:18rotation standpoint and a health standpoint, Georgetown has a real serious challenge on
01:24its hands with St. John's coming in playing such excellent basketball.
