00:00The biggest changes that could happen would be on the coaching or front office side. We
00:04know assistant general manager, Lance Newmark had some interviews, go take over other places.
00:09Doesn't look like that's happening. Inevitably you probably lose scouts and stuff, but that
00:13will happen after the draft at this point in that cycle coaches though, this is coaching
00:18time. There's currently one NFL job open the new Orleans saints teams requested interviews
00:26with Cliff Kingsbury, Washington's play caller. Cliff turned them down and said, I'm not doing
00:30any interviews until our season is over. Um, Cliff has been a head coach before in Arizona,
00:36but he's also talked about how much he's enjoying where he is working with Jaden, not having
00:41the head coach's responsibilities, just working on calling plays, running an offense, not
00:45to mention he's still getting paid by Arizona. Yeah. So I don't, it makes him make his, uh,
00:52he's not as pushed and pressed as anybody else. Totally. Yeah. And here's Adam Peters
00:57asked about Cliff Kingsbury's future in Washington. Um, you know, I'll, I'll, I'll speak on the
01:04first part. I thought he did a fantastic job and I thought he really, um, he led well,
01:09he had a great energy. Um, he listened, he was, um, you know, obviously the performance
01:16is outstanding. He's great play caller, but I think just really being able to, I've known
01:21Cliff since I was 23. And so I've known him a long time. I never worked next to him. And
01:25just to see how hard of a worker he is and how tireless he is. He's here, you know, 3
01:31AM. I think I've, I've been beat him in once, tried to couldn't do it. And, um, how much
01:37he cares about this team and the guys in that room was really, um, really special to see.
01:43And, um, you know, I'm sure his time's coming soon.
01:48The last part stands out to me. I'm sure his time is coming soon. So I tweeted that
01:54video out and people are like, Oh man, you think you think AP is telling us something?
01:59No. Does anybody think he's going to be the OC here for you? Not think somebody's going
02:05to call, come calling for him. People always are trying to make, when you text something,
02:10tweet something, I act like somebody is trying to tell you a message. No, you just want to
02:18hear a message. You know, if you think a person will just sit here for the next 15 years,
02:23then you, you fooling yourself. Understand when you have success, people want to take
02:28your people quite bright.
02:32And Quinn said that it's a good problem to have. It means you're winning games. You know,
02:36nobody's getting hired off the Titans staff. There, there are not people beating the door
02:42down to get folks from Jacksonville right now, like winning, winning. They got me not
02:48to be around. It's goofy. So I need to hear why no wine, Steve, why no somehow unbeknownst
02:56to me as a Jaguars fan, I bet he is so mad at Liam Cohen for sounding like such a dork.
03:03He didn't even sound right. But specifically with this Kingsbury stuff, I don't, I'm not
03:10pretending to know anything here, but because they went so deep and cliff said, I'm not
03:16doing interviews till we're done. That was already a message. Yeah. Yo, I'm not doing
03:21interviews till we're done means I'm not desperate for your job. I'm happy where I'm at because
03:26Ben Johnson did the interviews while they were going. Aaron Glenn did them. Those guys
03:29got jobs. Yep. Liam Cohen did them. Maybe he, I bet he was doing virtual that first
03:35week. Yeah. Um, and I'm not mad at those guys. Like it's okay. The rules allow it. You want
03:41to be a head coach, do it. Cliff sent a message by not taking interviews until everything
03:45was done.
