00:00But in terms of managing the crisis, is it easier for an NGO like yours or for
00:05other aid organizations to manage the crisis when people are in camps?
00:10Because obviously they're then more concentrated, distribution presumably is
00:16easier, isn't it, when people are all in the same place than when they're
00:18scattered more broadly? I think it's hard to know which is
00:25preferable because also we have to remember that the camps and the
00:29informal sites that displaced Palestinians have been living in are
00:34incredibly overcrowded, there's challenges in getting aid to those areas
00:38because of how tightly packed they were, difficulty in installing sanitation
00:43facilities, and so in some ways having people more spread out gives people a
00:49little bit more space, a little bit more dignity. Of course we'll have to, one of
00:53the challenges as we've witnessed, as you said, 200,000 people moving today alone
00:58and with this mass movement it means that as humanitarian agencies we need to
01:03be really agile in terms of identifying needs and ensuring that we're meeting
01:07people where they are and providing what they need.
