00:00And with that ribbon cutting, Detroit's latest bit of real estate is available.

00:09It's called La Jolla.

00:10It means the jewel in Spanish.

00:12It's in southwest Detroit.

00:13We're along Verna Highway near Clark Park.

00:16The building just pops out at you as you drive down Verna Highway heading west.

00:20As we make our way into one of the units here, the rent goes anywhere from $500 all the way

00:25up to $1,500.

00:26I believe there's a couple of units left.

00:28We're just about to let tenants start moving in as I make my way across here.

00:32That's Clark Park just off in the distance there, about half a block down.

00:36That's just went under major renovation.

00:37Beautiful looking park.

00:38And you'll get views of the city skyline the further down the units you go.
