00:00General Flood Advisory released the forecast for Eastern Visayas and Carraga Region this Tuesday morning.

00:11Residents were alerted to the forecast due to the expected rainfall of shearline or east trees.

00:19This morning, some parts of Cagayan Valley Region, Cordillera, and Ilocos Region will also be raining.

00:25This is based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather Assan.

00:28In some parts of Aurora, Sado Luzon, some parts of Visayas, and Mindanao, the chance of rainfall in some parts of the country is also high,

00:36later in the afternoon or later in the evening.

00:38The weather here in Metro Manila will continue to be fine today.
