00:21According to the forecast, it is expected to rain heavily in Catanduanes,

00:26Albay, Sorsogon, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar Leyte, Southern Leyte, and Dinagat.

00:32Residents are warned against flooding or landslides.

00:36It is expected that the weather will get worse in those areas

00:39due to the shearline or the cold and hot isolation according to the forecast.
