00:00Zach, what do you think your reaction would have been

00:02three weeks ago had I told you

00:04that your staff looks the way it does now

00:06when you made those changes?

00:07Is this what you envisioned?

00:09Excited.

00:10You know, it's a group that's professional number one

00:13in how they approach their jobs,

00:15whether it be coordinator or position job.

00:17And guys I have a ton of respect for,

00:19guys that are really hungry, you know,

00:20and extremely motivated.

00:22And so I just think it's a really good collection

00:24of coaches that we have come in

00:27that are all gonna speak the same language

00:28when we define what that language is,

00:29defensively, and start moving piece by piece.

00:33Evaluate our own guys,

00:34evaluate the combine guys and the free agents,

00:37get ready for the draft,

00:38and then coach our guys up.

00:39So it's an experience that, again,

00:42rejuvenates the word I said,

00:44not that you just need a couple days after the season

00:47to kind of, not get the season out of your system,

00:50but get ready for the next one

00:51and we're ready to go now.

00:53And, you know, I'm trying to get Al to take days off.

00:56He doesn't appear, he's excited to take any days off.

00:59You know, I took my couple days off here this weekend.

01:01I'm excited to get back in the building and get to work

01:03and get these guys back in here

01:05and start getting ready to evaluate all these prospects.

01:07And so just excited for the next opportunity we've got.
