00:00You've always praised ownership in the front office

00:02and your communication with them.

00:04Yeah.

00:05Day in and day out.

00:06Does that dialogue change at all,

00:08that tone change at all, given the 3-game losing streak

00:11where you guys are?

00:12I think that's the beauty of when

00:13you have constant communication, is you're always

00:16on the same page.

00:17It's just when you speak with anybody,

00:19there's no need for a tone change

00:20because you're right there with each other lockstep.

00:23Everybody takes a lot of responsibility for what's

00:25going on right now.

00:27This is on me primarily.

00:30So it's just great when you've got confidence in everybody

00:33you work around and the communication is there.

00:35And that's all you can ask for in this league.

00:37Are you ever not in the same lockstep with them,

00:40the same thinking, whether it's coaches and new coaches?

00:45Ownership, does that ever happen?

00:47I think if you ever work somewhere

00:49and everyone thinks the same way every single day,

00:51that's not a good thing.

00:53But what is critical is the way that you

00:55can communicate through it and see all sides of it

00:58and come to a joint conclusion on what's best.

01:00And that is the best way to do it,

01:02and that's exactly how we do it.

01:04And I've been a part of a lot of places, played, coached,

01:08and this is the best way to do it.

01:10100% confident in that, wouldn't have it any other way.

01:14And so again, that's the way we operate.
