(Adnkronos) - Il segretario nazionale di Forza Italia Antonio Tajani interviene, da Bruxelles dove partecipa al Consiglio Affari Esteri, sull’offerta pubblica di scambio lanciata da Banca Mps su Mediobanca e sottolinea, da “liberale”, che è opportuno che venga “completata” la privatizzazione della banca senese. Il Monte è stato salvato dallo Stato nel 2017 e il Mef è tuttora il primo azionista singolo, con oltre l’11% del capitale, pur avendo venduto la maggioranza delle quote eredità del salvataggio.
