00:11The thing I love about this house is it was built in the early 1900s. So if you look at
00:25the detail of the home, that's boarded concrete right there. I know a lot of y'all like the
00:30modern homes, but you gotta love the old-school Mediterranean vibes. You know, you could take
00:36a break by the pool. You could take a break by the koi pond. You could take a break at
00:41the rose garden. You rarely find yards like this in California, especially in Beverly
00:47Hills. Over there, you know, the kid's house is built to look like the actual home. All
00:53right, so this right here, this is some of the history of the home. So that's Latin up there.
00:59I think it says the year this house was built, the year of the Lord, 1926. The beauty of this
01:05place is the detail. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you're in an oasis here. And you have
01:11koi fish. This was the selling point for us. It's like we get to come here and it's like you're
01:16just away in Cabo or somewhere. It doesn't get better than this. You get to come to your own
01:22crib and just get away. This property is very special. And this is the epitome of outdoor
01:29living. If you want peace, this is the place for it. Now let me take y'all to my favorite spot.
01:34Come on, Ebony. Let me show you around. So the beauty of this home is it's a homey feeling. A
01:43lot of these luxury homes you come into and you don't feel like you're at home. And that's what
01:49I love about this room. You know, this home reminds me of those great Gatsby days, the old
01:56Hollywood. You know, it's just it's very nostalgic. Y'all know this kid? This is me in 2001 holding
02:06these two Billboard Awards. Rap single of the year. Y'all see that? I don't think y'all know
02:11the history I've made in the game. This is just a chill room where I like to go while we renovate
02:16the rest of the house. Usually the guest headquarters. You know, you can even take a break
02:20in one of the bathrooms. Now me, I love light and bright bathrooms. I'm very big on bathrooms. This
02:27is the bedroom facing out to the pool area. Everybody who come here love this side of the
02:34house. And right here, this is my babies. No matter where I'm at, no matter which home, I got to have
02:43a little piece of my daughters. All of my properties, I have a little piece of me, or I like
02:49to say my heart. This is the kitchen. And I'm gonna tell y'all a little secret that something that
02:54nobody knows. Okay, I'm gonna just put it out here. I'm not the best cook. It's not my thing. So I'm
03:03gonna take y'all to the real magic. Come on. This is what it's about. I mean, just look around.
03:10Saltwater pool, fountain, cabana, and the pool house. The pool house, that's my ultimate take a
03:18break spot. I mean, you could do everything in there. That's a multi-purpose spot. So I want to
03:23introduce to y'all somebody special. My cousin, Dee Da Business. So one of my favorite parts of
03:29the house, of course, these fruits that grow on the property. You know, when you have acres,
03:34you can go right from your backyard to the kitchen. We got a little bit of everything
03:38here. You know, you got lemons, you got peaches. The squirrels love it back here. This room,
03:44what, it's a multi-purpose room, right? You could do whatever you want in here,
03:48have a party, make it a club. I use it for game nights, you know.
03:54But down these stairs is where the action happens.
03:57Before we end this up, I got to take y'all to my sanctuary. If you know me, it's going in a sauna.
04:04Like, the sauna is a game changer. You go in a sauna, it's like you worked out for a whole two
04:09hours. Just give me a little crib. As long as I got a sauna, I'm good. I know I said I like being
04:17outside by the pool, you know, but I think this may be my favorite part of the house.
04:22So, with that being said, Ebony, I appreciate it, but y'all got to go. All right, I'm about to
04:34relax. I'm about to get my sauna on, okay? I'm just saying, y'all got to go. Get out of here,
04:40man. I'm changing.
