00:00Thirty houses on Isla Puting Bato in Tondo, Manila, were engulfed by fire.

00:05Around 2 p.m., a fire broke out that reached the fifth alarm.

00:10At the end of the fire at the compound of MICT, firetrucks were placed to bring water to the area.

00:16A fire boat was also used in Manila Bay.

00:20Residents also helped in extinguishing the fire.

00:22It took more than two hours for the fire to be completely extinguished.

00:26According to the BFP, 70 families were affected.

00:29No one was killed or injured.

00:31The fire was still being extinguished,

00:33but one of the firetrucks they were looking at overheated the appliances.

00:38Soldiers were escorted by vehicles to the United Nations Development Programme in Basilan.

00:44They were weighed and burned.

00:45Two soldiers and two of their enemies were injured by almost one-hour gunfire.

00:50Twelve soldiers were injured.

00:53The AFP, Philippine Army, and Presidential Peace Advisor Carlito Galvez also attended the funeral.

00:59The United Nations also offered condolences to the families of the injured soldiers.

01:04The MILF is the only one behind the funeral.

01:07In a radio interview, the chairman of the MILF Ad Hoc Joint Action Group, Anwar Alamada, said

01:14that a group of military men entered their community without coordination.

01:18He was allowed to join the ceasefire agreement,

01:21but they also did not consent to the encounter.

01:24AFP Chief General Romeo Browner Jr. went to Basilan to protest the encounter.

01:31There was coordination and there was no area of temporary stay.

01:35He also gave medals and financial assistance to the injured soldiers.
