00:00A fire broke out on Isla Puting Bato in Tondo, Manila earlier this morning.

00:19It happened here on Isla Puting Bato in Tondo, Manila earlier this morning.

00:24Around 2 a.m. this morning, a fire broke out in Poroc Cinco.

00:28The Bureau of Fire Protection quickly issued the 5th alarm.

00:31Almost 60 firetrucks responded.

00:34Firefighters arrived one after another.

00:36Because Poroc Cinco is at the end of the residential area,

00:38firetrucks were placed at the compound of MI-City or Manila International Container Terminal

00:43to bring water to the area.

00:45A fireboat was also used in Manila Bay.

00:48Other residents helped in extinguishing the fire using buckets and an old refrigerator

00:53that was filled with water.

00:55They also placed a wall between the residential area and MI-City

00:59to protect the residents.

01:01At 4 a.m. on the 14th of the morning, there was a red fire.

01:04According to the Manila Fire District, 30 houses were burned.

01:0770 families were affected,

01:09which is equivalent to 270 individuals.

01:12One of the possible causes of the fire is overheating appliances.

01:16But the BFP will investigate this.
