00:00There's a lot of fear and anxiety among the motorists passing through the North Luzon Expressway last night.

00:08In the middle of Enlix, there were two motorists who got scared.

00:26Not just one, but two people got scared on the southbound lane of the North Luzon Expressway via DAC last night at 7 PM.

00:35This video was taken by the son of the motorist, Senuel Luartes.

00:38He's only a few meters away from the exit.

00:41They were told to go back to the exit from Pampanga.

00:44The vehicles were breaking and we were wondering why.

00:48My son said that something fell.

00:50It looked like something fell.

00:51When we got to that area, I think it was already there.

00:57I have a relative there.

01:01The relatives fell from a closed van.

01:04They came from Pampanga and will be delivered to Marikina.

01:09Another relative hit the bumper of a SUV that was parked next to the closed van.

01:14The driver of the SUV asked for help from the NLEX hotline to respond to the incident.

01:19When it fell, I was able to avoid it.

01:22But I think it was the debris.

01:24The debris fell on my grill.

01:29That's why it was damaged.

01:31The two vehicles immediately left.

01:34The two passengers also agreed to pay the fine that was imposed on the SUV.
