00:05bilateral talks that included the latest developments in the Armenia-Azerbaijan tensions.
00:11The meeting comes after Armenian Prime Minister repeated intention to leave the Collective
00:16Security Treaty Organization led by Russia.
00:19Lavrov said Moscow was ready to assist in the normalization of relations.
00:23We hope that in the future the Russian side will consider all aspects of what is happening,
00:29avoiding one-sided interpretations, which, unfortunately, we have seen recently, in recent days.
00:38We have always valued, continue to value brotherly ties with the Armenian people, with Armenia,
00:45our natural strategic partner, ally, and are interested in the fact that centuries-old
00:52traditions of friendship, good neighborhood have been strengthened and developed.
00:57Azerbaijan and Armenia relations have been on and off for over three decades since both
01:03nations fought a bloody war in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
