00:00Somebody's going to get paid, there's five spots left in the NFL to have your dream come
00:04true and be an NFL coach.
00:07That's the Cowboys, that's the Jaguars, that's the Jets, Raiders, and the Saints.
00:10So Joe Ranieri, let's go through these teams here because we're going to start simply here.
00:14I want to ask you, if you were a head coach and all five spots that were open offered
00:20you a job, Cowboys, Jaguars, Jets, Raiders, and Saints, which team are you choosing first
00:26to go to?
00:28I mean, as crazy as it is, the Raiders are the most intriguing just because they are
00:38going to have more cap room, more draft capital.
00:44There's no GM there yet, but it's already been decided that whoever they end up hiring
00:51is going to have a lot of say in the personnel and where they go from here.
00:58They are sitting pretty good with that cap space, draft capital, and an influence over
01:04personnel decisions, and there's no general manager there yet.
01:09So call me crazy, yeah, I think if you're looking long-term to build something and really
01:16put your stamp on it, I think you have the best chance with the Raiders.
01:20We know Woody Johnson's a few fries short of a happy meal.
01:24Who wants to work for the Cowboys and Jerry?
01:27The Jags, nobody wants to work for Trent Baalke already, we know this.
01:31And the Saints, they got a lot of other issues here.
01:35So I think the Raiders is the most appealing job from a long-term basis where we're looking
01:41to build something here and you've got all the cards and all the assets available to
01:46you.
01:47I think the Raiders is the best job that's left.
