00:07that she had rented a land from PNB Housing Finance in Shantinagar in an auction

00:20and when she went to the auction to get that land confiscated

00:27they got to know that the land which was mortgaged and bought in the auction is not there

00:36Instead, the land was found in Shantinagar

00:39She filed a case in this regard

00:42She had given around Rs. 12,70,000 in cash in the auction

00:48to the bank and they took the land

00:52Again and again, PNB Housing Finance's bank manager and administrator were informed

00:59that since the land is not there, they should return the money

01:03Despite this, the bank administrator did not return the money

01:07Finally, when they realized that the bank administrator and the person who mortgaged the land in the auction

01:16had cheated them

01:20They have filed an FIR against them under section 420-620B of the bank

01:28and they are being brought to justice
