01:02Going through the first of the zip track intermediate sprints, she had built up a lead of almost

01:12Back in the main peloton, they were all waiting patiently.
01:15Simpson no threat to the ochre jersey, starting the day at one minute and 51 seconds behind.
01:21The maximum lead she got, it was out to two minutes and 40 seconds.
01:26Through the FX intermediate sprint once again, Simpson was still clear, but the peloton was
01:31closing in as they were heading towards the bell lap.
01:34The peloton was then breathing down Simpson's neck and it was Spratt who did one of her
01:40classic attacks.
01:41Spratt, starting the day inside the top ten, was looking to see whether she could overhaul
01:45the race leader and win this race for the fourth time.
01:49As Simpson was caught, it was all on for stage honours and to see if Naomi Rook could
01:53still hold on to the ochre jersey, but there was also the FX queen of the mountains jersey
01:59to be decided.
02:00It came down to the last sprints.
02:02The young Australian, Alyssa Pilates, getting the win for the intermediate sprint for the
02:08queen of the mountains jersey and taking the title overall.

02:21We also saw some movement by Van Der Doorn as they were hoping to set up for their strong

02:36It didn't eventuate and with 200 metres to go, it was Chloe Digert who opened up the

02:43After two days of attacking on stage three, she played a patient hand and she won the
02:48stage.
